Job summary

Watchpoint Logistics, Inc. in Milpitas, California, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver a quality customer experience, build relationships, and manage shipment processes to ensure freight moves as planned.

You will support internal teams, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement, with CRM/Salesforce experience preferred. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, full-time benefits, and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• At least 1 year of experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transportation arrangements and routing methods.
• Establish contacts and build relationships with customers to understand needs.
• Proactively update customers and address status questions regarding shipments.
• Navigate CRM and HRIS to locate facility addresses, contact details and org charts for routing.
• Partner with internal resources to ensure account processes and SOPs are followed.
• Review internal and customer data including KPIs for quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to business growth by understanding commitments and customer needs.
