Responsibilities

• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for all shipments, monitor driver progress along their route to their destination and adjust schedules to meet customers deadlines.
• Work closely with drivers, driver managers/load planners, sales, manufacturing, distribution, and external customers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to better serve their needs.
