Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, and logistics while providing clerical coordination. This role serves as a key contact for drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, and possess experience in client services or customer support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Strong outbound calling and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through in-person, phone, and other channels.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or elevate issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
