Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support daily shipping, receiving and logistics operations while offering clerical coordination. This role serves drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth material flow and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate communicates well in English, with Spanish bilingualism preferred, and brings experience in client services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
