Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations while assisting drivers, internal teams, and external partners. You will be a key contact for inquiries, helping ensure smooth material flow and excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A bilingual Spanish preference is noted.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience in client services or customer support preferred.
• Strong communication and outbound calling skills.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
