Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Agent for our Kentucky site. The role focuses on building rapport with clients, accurately entering shipping data, and processing orders to support efficient site operations.

You will maintain order accuracy, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and generate related paperwork.
• Check product availability using stock reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet service standards.
• Answer inquiries and assist customers with order status.
