World Group seeks a proactive Fleet Coordinator for our Sauget, IL terminal. You will be the local customer experience liaison, linking terminal operations with the customer-facing team to position our fleet for success.

Responsibilities include quoting rates, processing orders, providing status updates, and gathering feedback to improve service. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1+ year trucking industry experience preferred.
• Highly organized individual with great communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with heavy email/phone/messaging volume.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with TMS.

Responsibilities

• Communicating quote rates and service capabilities.
• Processing orders as they arrive.
• Providing shipment status updates and alternatives if applicable.
• Gathering feedback, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements.
• Entering time-sensitive order information into computer systems.
• Exceeding customer expectations and keeping data up to date.
