Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Portland, OR to support shipment billing, inquiries, and documentation. You will work with tariffs, pricing, and customer billing, while resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate data entry.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to operate on days, evenings, nights, and weekends. The role includes health coverage from day one, 401(k) matching, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.
