Job summary

SMC Industries, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support quotations, orders, pricing, product availability, and shipping coordination.

The role includes learning and managing daily logistics to ensure orders move efficiently from production through delivery. You will collaborate with the customer service team, office management, production, and management, with periodic outbound calls and occasional in-person visits to strengthen distributor relationships and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM/ERP, quoting, order-entry, or shipping systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orders, pricing, lead times, and shipping information.
• Coordinate shipping and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Support outbound outreach to customers via calls and email.
• Work with internal teams to ensure on-time order delivery.
