Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the shift.
• Support staff activities daily and weekly.
• Provide interface to the customer and follow up with operations.
• Review customer complaints with warehouse management/transportation.
• Lead staff to increase productivity and develop associates.
• Ensure workload planning and forecasting routines are accomplished.
• Capture data for performance measurement and identify root causes.
