Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for the Lithia Springs, USA area. The role manages day-to-day customer service operations, trains CSRs, and ensures accurate data capture while supporting manufacturing, planning and transportation workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of improving processes in a 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in transportation/supply chain management in a 3PL environment.
• Minimum 2 years of successful management experience in a logistics, customer service or related field.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Communicates effectively with customers, vendors and team members.
• Provides overall responsibility for ensuring accurate data capture and system entry.
• Proactively resolves internal team, customer service and vendor issues.
• Meets or exceeds all team KPI’s for Customer Service.
