Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Henderson, NV, seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to lead daily CS ops, train CSRs, and ensure accurate data capture with knowledge of manufacturing, planning and transportation.

You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, drive KPI performance, and mentor staff in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in transportation/supply chain in a 3PL environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful management experience in logistics or customer service.
• Able to work in unregulated warehouse temperature ranges.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.

• Ensures accurate data capture and system entry.
