JBS USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mt. Pleasant, TX to support logistics and transportation by coordinating freight scheduling, communicating with customers, and maximizing trailer utilization.

The role demands strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Operations, with responsibilities spanning documentation, scheduling, and carrier communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in logistics/ transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll and billing documents and submit them weekly.
• Update daily check calls based on shipper requirements.
• Communicate late deliveries and detention updates to corporate customer service.
• Schedule, enter, and communicate all customer delivery appointments.
• Solicit freight from assigned geographical regions and customer base.
• Manage loads to ensure optimal equipment and driver utilization.
• Check destinations, load capabilities, arrival times, and driver readiness.
• Communicate service issues to assigned customers and coordinate with Sales.
• Monitor and optimize trailer pool utilization and trailer locations.
• Support logistics and operations teams with various tasks as needed.
