Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years supervisory experience in trucking, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of FMCSA regulations. The position includes a base salary and quarterly bonus eligibility, with comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience of three years or more, preferably in the trucking industry.
• Proficient in general computer software.
• Experience working in TMW and/or Qualcomm is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written form.
• Strong understanding of FMCSA Hours of Service and Compliance.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• A proven leader and team player, dependable, consistent, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate all driver-related job functions including operations, safety & compliance, vacation/home-time, employee relations, claims, and breakdowns.
• Maintain effective communication with load planners and customer service representatives to ensure on-time delivery and load accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure completion of preventative maintenance and repairs to trucks within the fleet.
• Assist with HR-led initiatives, including payroll, fringe benefits enrollment, disciplinary action issuance, and general communication between driver and management.
• Administer daily and weekly business-related reporting.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
