Qualifications

• Experience in trucking operations and driver management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for all levels of staff.
• Solid understanding of FMCSA Hours of Service and compliance.
• Proficient with standard computer software used in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate all driver-related functions including operations, safety & compliance, vacation/home-time, and employee relations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and load accuracy by coordinating with load planners and customer service.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and repairs of trucks in the fleet.
• Support HR initiatives including payroll, fringe benefits enrollment, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare and present daily and weekly business reports.
• Other duties as needed to support the business.
