Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and generate all related paperwork.
• Check product availability and run stock reports.
• Assist in invoicing and credit adjustments; notify customers of activity.
• Cross‑train with other administrative staff as needed; work overtime as required.
• Answer inquiries and maintain communication with customers.
