Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding deliveries, pickups, and shipment status.
• Schedule delivery appointments and provide customers with accurate updates and estimated arrival times.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns involving shipments, delays, and service issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners to investigate and resolve problems.
• Manage customer complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with direct-to-consumer orders and payment processing instructions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate shipment and order information.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text platforms.
• Navigate multiple systems while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
