Job summary

Suddath is seeking a logistics professional to provide proactive customer service for assigned accounts, schedule inbound/outbound shipments with carriers, and manage invoices and billing documents.

You will respond to inquiries and complaints about work orders, shipments, and inventory counts while adhering to SOPs and quality standards. Coordinate with vendors, sales, and operations to ensure timely, accurate communications and billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in a similar logistics role.
• High school diploma or higher; college coursework welcomed.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn warehouse systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent contact with clients and agents.
• Liaise between warehouse and customer for account needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Oversee orders: entry, scheduling transportation, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Ensure SOPs and QA processes are followed across warehouse activities.
• Support onboarding of new customers and KPI reporting.
