You will help refine daily workflows, train teammates, research letters of warnings when delays occur, coordinate with service providers, and maintain internal records in Movers Suite and Transflo.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily document team tasks and workflow improvements.
• Assist in training team members to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Research letters of warnings due to delayed system updates and report details to management.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with all service providers to meet base requirements.
• Provide accurate updates and documentation for internal systems (Movers Suite and Transflo).
• Assist team during increased shipment volume.
