Job summary

Suddath is seeking an Operations Manager to support the execution and performance of the location’s operations. You will lead staffing of employees and independent contractors, build customer relationships, and ensure safety and compliance across the operation.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting awareness, and the ability to drive improvements while maintaining high service standards for both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
• Experience with transportation/logistics management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and development of staff/contractors.
• Evaluate performance and adjust strategies.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure positive experience.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers for best value.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
