Job summary

Suddath is seeking a Move Coordinator for International shipments in a general office setting. The role focuses on monitoring shipment status to ensure delivery dates are met and coordinating communications with agencies and team leads.

Ideal candidates will update systems, process documentation, obtain quotes, and maintain records while handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Aptitude for working under deadlines and within specific time frames.
• Ability to read and interpret emails and documents.
• Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and creatively solve problems.
• Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and to work independently.
• Self-motivated; works with urgency and with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Update computer system with notes regarding all communication and changes.
• Communicate and respond promptly to agencies and team leads inquiries regarding the specific movement of shipment via telephone or email.
• Complete and process all documentation related to the shipment.
• Obtain price quote for the movement of shipment.
• Maintain accurate records and audit documents for accuracy.
• Oversee and resolve any complaints.
• Complete all assigned prompts in GMMS.
• Other duties as assigned.
