Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Program Coordinator – Dispatch & Logistics Services in Alpharetta, GA for a hybrid role. You will serve as the primary operational contact for customer accounts, manage end-to-end order fulfillment, and coordinate with warehouse and freight providers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience supporting customer facing operations and resolving customer issues professionally.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365), Power BI, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage end to end order fulfillment activities and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams and third party freight providers.
• Support reverse logistics including returns, repairs, refurbishments, and warranty claims.
• Monitor customer communications, provide status updates, and resolve issues.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Generate reports, KPIs, and insights for customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Repair Services, and Sales.
