Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in data entry, dispatch, logistics, or supply chain.
• At least 2 years in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TMS and WMS preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor driver activities within assigned territories.
• Communicate with drivers regarding schedules and issues.
• Assist customers with shipment needs and documentation.
• Update shipment and delivery status information.
• Process driver paperwork and billing information accurately.
• Organize driver manifests for scheduled trips.
• Support routing activities and operational tasks as assigned.
• Enter inbound, outbound, and storage data into TMS and WMS systems.
• Support customer requests received via phone, fax, or email.
