Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a driven Specialist, Logistics in Atlanta to support order entry, routing, dispatching and traffic coordination across our large North American network. You will monitor loads, communicate with drivers and customers, perform pre-bill audits and collaborate with the billing team to resolve discrepancies.

A high school diploma and 1 year LTl experience are preferred. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast‑paced logistics environment and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1 year of Less-Than-Truckload logistics experience is required.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on status of loads.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers; validate load data before marking delivered for billing.
• Investigate product overages, shortages, damages and complete documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments; accept/decline loads per direction from account managers.
• Perform billing pre-audits to confirm invoices match quoted rates and file disputes if needed.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure disputes are handled and customers notified of changes.
• Maintain the team distribution list and ensure requests are handled within time limits.
