Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong relationships.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone or email.
• Identify and resolve issues with timely updates to customers.
• Prepare customer reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with Sales, Routing, Dispatch, LTL, Accounting and Warehouse teams to resolve questions.
