Job summary

Hultec is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to be the main contact for customers and to move orders from start to delivery. You’ll allocate inventory by urgency, plan routes, and collaborate with logistics, warehouse, sales and operations to meet delivery commitments.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, shipping coordination or customer service, strong communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Spring, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, shipping coordination, order fulfillment or customer service.
• Experience with inventory allocation or order prioritization is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-first approach.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage several priorities and deadlines at once.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quotes, inventory checks, orders, shipments, deliveries, and service inquiries.
• Enter, process and check orders for accuracy, pricing and availability.
• Monitor orders from initial placement through fulfillment and final delivery.
• Provide customers with accurate shipment status, inventory availability, and estimated delivery information.
• Communicate shipment updates and delays to customers in a timely manner.
