Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service, account management, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or order management.
• Strong understanding of shipping, logistics, or distribution processes preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with CRM, WMS, or TMS platforms is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Process orders and support logistics coordination activities.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Track customer account activity and maintain accurate records.
• Enter and maintain information within CRM, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Assist customers in identifying services that best meet their needs.
• Support pricing activities and help facilitate customer growth opportunities.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting for business operations.
