Job summary

The Hilldrup Companies seeks a Workplace Solutions Coordinator to oversee the move process from order to delivery, serving as the main contact for customers and coordinating with agents, customers, and internal staff to align services.

You will receive move orders, coordinate ETAs, adjust registrations, and prepare reports while maintaining strong client relationships through site visits and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to identify best-fit candidates.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleges and professional networks.
• Manage recruitment administration: update ATS, track workflows, post positions, and onboarding materials.
• Participate in workforce planning and internship recruitment programs.
• Attend recruiting events and career fairs; maintain professional social media presence.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Measure, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve practices.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
