Job summary

Hultec Group in Spring, TX, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our primary distribution center. You will build, organize, plan, and manage the team and inventory while negotiating carrier rates and prioritizing safety and efficiency.

This role requires 3–5 years of warehouse leadership, strong inventory control, and the ability to travel for relocation and site moves. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading a warehouse team.
• Lean/CI training helpful but not required.
• Warehouse or supply chain certification helpful but not required.
• Ability to speak Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, accuracy, and performance in warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory levels with Customer Service to reach desired inventory turn levels.
• Recruit, train, direct and evaluate warehouse employees.
• Develop processes, procedures, and KPI's to ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Goal setting and adherence (VDM).
• Manage import of containers and outbound shipments including international logistics.
