Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm) with potential OT opportunities. The role involves processing orders, providing transit information, and maintaining customer records to ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to customers and act as liaison to resolve issues.
• Resolve product or service problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
