Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Hamilton, Ohio is hiring a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary contact for dealership parts managers, providing ETAs and order status updates. You will also resolve issues related to missing parts and maintain customer records.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some data entry or warehouse experience. The position offers a shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $20.35 per hour plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for dealership parts managers via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve missing parts, shortages, and transit delays.
• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Clarify customer complaints and expedite solutions.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
