Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and up to 12 months of experience in system data entry or warehouses. Full-time employees have the opportunity to qualify for a monthly performance attendance bonus.

Qualifications

• 0–12 months of system, data entry, or reporting experience.
• 0–12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for dealership parts managers via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve missing parts, cage discrepancies, and transit delays.
• Process orders and provide product and service information to customers.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
