Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics Northlake is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support shipping, receiving, order processing and data entry at a fast-paced site. You will build rapport with clients, verify documents, handle inquiries, and coordinate with warehouse staff to meet service levels.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year in customer service, with proficient MS Office and WMS skills. Base pay is $26/hour, with full-time hours Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures varies with seasons.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving and shipping documents.
• Enter and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments and receipts.
• Answer phone calls and greet customers.
