Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Port Reading, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Agent to process orders, manage shipments in the WMS, and ensure precise data entry for shipping and receiving to support efficient site operations.

You will interact with clients, coordinate with operations, and handle invoicing and credit adjustments while maintaining strong relationships and adherence to performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures with seasonal variation.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Input and verify data regarding shipments, orders and inventories in the WMS.
• Generate related paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Assist in invoicing and credit adjustments, ensuring accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain relationships with customers.
