Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Agent to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service. You will input orders, run shipments from WMS, and ensure accurate invoicing and data entry at the Port Reading site.

The role requires 1 year in customer service, strong MS Office and WMS skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Full-time on-site position with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a Customer Service-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and generate related paperwork.
• Verify product availability via stock reports.
• Ensure accurate receiving/shipping documents and data entry of orders.
