Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Customer Service or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: perform analyses and generate reports to monitor logistics performance.
• KPI Tracking & Forecasting: analyze weekly/monthly KPIs and forecasts for efficiency.
• Cost Analysis: interpret logistics cost components for cost control.
• TMS & Carrier Data Management: maintain carrier information in the TMS for costing and billing.
• Carrier Setup & Auditing: manage new carrier setups and audit charges for accuracy.
• Transportation Performance Monitoring: track performance against targets and awards.
• Optimization Modeling: apply models to design efficient logistics networks.
• Freight Settlement Accuracy: review freight settlement documents for accruals.
• Cost Estimation for New Business: estimate distribution costs for new opportunities.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: communicate with senior leaders, vendors, and customers.
