Qualifications

• Experience with transportation management systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and coordination of truck deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Set up delivery appointments.
• Send requests and information to all carriers.
• Track the progress of current trips.
• Process purchase orders requisitions for Tupelo (Warehouse, Office, Traffic).
• Verifies all packages received at front desk (UPS, Vendors).
• Misc. research trips and data related to trips or loads.
• Research appointments to customers and information that supports customers.
