JBS Prepared Foods in Tupelo, MS, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage delivery appointments, carrier communications, and trip tracking. The role blends administrative duties with logistics coordination in a food manufacturing setting.

You will work on OS&D support, PO requisitions, and carrier performance reporting, with a rotating Saturday schedule and English-speaking requirements. Health, life, and 401(k) benefits accompany a full-time position.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• E2 Open is required.
• A1 Transportation BluJay TMS.
• PC Miler/transit times comprehension skills.
• Strong Excel Skills.
• Power Point.
• Flexible Hours.
• Rotating schedule for Saturdays.
• Strong communication skills for coordination of trucks for delivery is a must.
• English speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up Delivery appointments
• Sending request & information to all Carriers
• Tracking the progress of current Trips
• Research & provide information to support all OS&D
• Reporting percentages for on Time deliveries & information related to Carrier on time.
• Process purchase orders requisitions for Tupelo (Warehouse, Office, Traffic)
• Verifies all packages received at front desk (UPS, Vendors)
• Misc. research trips and date related to trips or loads
• Research appointments to customers and information that supports customers.
