Job summary

JBS Foods is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Tupelo, MS. The role blends strategic and tactical duties, coordinating deliveries with carriers, tracking trips, and supporting OS&D analyses in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, experience with BluJay TMS and PC Miler, and excellent communication to coordinate trucks and delivery schedules. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up delivery appointments.
• Send requests and information to all carriers.
• Track the progress of current trips.
• Process purchase orders requisitions for Tupelo (Warehouse, Office, Traffic).
• Verifies all packages received at front desk (UPS, Vendors).
• Misc. research trips and data related to trips or loads.
• Research appointments to customers and information that supports customers.

• Wages range from $21.77 / hour to $32.66 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Setting up Delivery appointments
• Sending request & information to all Carriers
• Tracking the progress of current Trips
• Research & provide information to support all OS&D
• Reporting percentages for on Time deliveries & information related to Carrier on time.
• Process purchase orders requisitions for Tupelo (Warehouse, Office, Traffic)
