Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Memphis, TN to support our distribution centers with transportation planning for furniture and inbound networks.

The role requires multitasking, organization, and a proactive attitude to ensure timely movement of goods across our US network. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in logistics, solid knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook, and strong communication skills to collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and stores.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook (1 year).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a load plan and assign carriers per routing guide.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, DCs and hubs to manage loads.
• Track loads from pickup to delivery and update reports.
• Maintain carrier trailer pools and resolve in-transit issues.
• Prepare and distribute reports to internal and external partners.
