Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage movement of products and materials and verify shipping/receiving accuracy. The role is onsite and requires experience with inventory systems and SAP.

You will monitor orders, schedule shipments, and collaborate with Customer Service and Quality teams to resolve issues, with overtime as needed and opportunities for training and development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment.
• Prepare shipments – Create in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy.
• Schedule shipments with carriers and/or customers as required.
• Send all pick-up request emails.
• Comply with customer order requests.
• Expedite shipments as requested/required.
• Resolve SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders.
• Consult with Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment.
• Provide vacation coverage in other areas of the department.
