Job summary

MANE USA in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support sample logistics, labeling, and shipping coordination. You will assist the Sample Logistics Project Leader, track shipments, and keep teams informed of status and deadlines.

A strong administrative and analytical background helps ensure accurate documentation and timely sample movements. The role works with Sales, Evaluation, Project Coordinators and Shipping to maintain efficient processes, with opportunities to learn ISO

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college coursework or an associate degree preferred.
1–3 years of administrative, logistics or related experience preferred.
Experience in fragrance/cosmetics/consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparation, labeling, documentation, and organization of customer samples for shipment.
Support the Sample Logistics Project Leader to ensure samples are ready for shipping.
Review daily priority reports and organize activities by deadlines.
Track status of sample requests, project closeouts, evaluations, approvals, and shipments.
Update personnel on sample status, completion dates, delays, or issues.
Coordinate with lab personnel to support timely completion of samples.
