Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter new orders into the system.
• Coordinate transportation planning and shipping logistics using a TMS.
• Monitor and track order progress; provide timely updates.
• Manage shipment documents (BOLs, Delivery Orders, PODs) and inspections.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; address inquiries promptly.
• Develop and maintain carrier profiles; ensure data is up to date.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.
