Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage transportation providers, and maintain shipping documentation.

This role works with production, warehouse, customer service, and freight partners to ensure efficient logistics operations and customer satisfaction. The position requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in logistics or supply chain within a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of logistics, shipping, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of domestic shipping processes and transportation regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments for on-time delivery.
• Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and brokers.
• Prepare and audit shipping docs (BOLs, packing lists, export docs).
• Monitor shipments and resolve transport issues; communicate updates.
• Maintain shipping and inventory records per procedures.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and service teams to boost logistics performance.
