Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to meet field needs and attend weekly meetings.
• Support technicians with route adjustments, work orders, purchases, and questions.
• Oversee a US region to build efficient routes meeting customer requirements.
• Track route efficiency and fleet performance using KPI metrics.
• Coordinate equipment schedules for standard and special services.
• Navigate customer portals and internal process documents.
• Work with Customer Service to align schedules with contractual guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement for cost reduction, service quality, and safety with Field Management.
