Qualifications

• Experience coordinating dispatch and driver scheduling.
• Ability to interface with field operations and vendors to resolve transportation problems.
• Familiarity with tracking information and route optimization.
• Knowledge of Corporate Compliance Program and privacy/security policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain route schedules and database information.
• Maintain service distribution reps calendar and schedule internal routes coverage.
• Interface with field operations and vendors to resolve transportation problems.
• Respond to inquiries regarding tracking information.
• Plan and monitor transportation routes, driver schedules, pickups and deliveries.
• Schedule inbound and outbound courier services and optimize carrier selection.
• Uphold industry security practices and protect PHI and sensitive data.
• Abide by Corporate Compliance Program and Privacy and Security policies.
• Work with other departments within PathGroup and subsidiaries.
• Duties may be reassigned or changed by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
