Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize daily delivery and pickup routes using routing software to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor route performance and adjust in real time for traffic, changes, or weather.
• Maintain accurate routing and customer data in company systems.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers and resolve transportation concerns.
• Coordinate with shipping, customer service, production, and transportation teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and distribute routing reports and transportation records.
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency and service levels.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and communications.
• Support seasonal peaks, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
