UPS is hiring for a customer service role within Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics. The position begins remote and will transition to an on-site Miami, FL office; duties include handling incoming requests by phone, email and web, and using MNX's platform to manage shipments.

Requirements: at least 1 year in customer service, HS diploma or GED, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry (30 WPM). Must be a US citizen.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry.
• Type at least 30 WPM.
• Knowledge of US geography and time zones preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Must have outstanding communication and organizational skills.
