Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a Customer Service representative to handle inquiries via phone, email, and website, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments using our logistics platform.

The role starts remotely and will transition to a fully on-site Miami office, with training sessions and evening shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry and typing 30 WPM.
• Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones preferred.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Flexible — can work additional hours as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email and website with urgency and attention to detail
• Using MNX’s proprietary logistics management platform, process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for various industries
• Communicate with customers and agents in a professional and courteous manner
• Meet required team metrics
• Stay current on all required training
