Job summary

UPS seeks a Customer Service Associate to support Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics. The role starts remotely and will move to a Miami, FL office. Schedule Tue-Sat 2:30 PM–11:00 PM EST; training 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST has to be completed.

You will handle customer requests via phone, email, and web, use MNX's logistics platform to monitor shipments, and communicate professionally with customers and agents, while meeting team metrics and ongoing training requirements.

Qualifications

• US citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email and website with urgency and accuracy.
• Operate MNX's logistics platform to manage shipments for various sectors.
• Communicate professionally with customers and agents.
• Meet required team metrics and stay current on training.
• Adapt to remote start with a plan to transition to on-site.
